Robert is responsible for ERA’s Customer Service and Outbound call Centre operations and the Logistics functions too.
Potted career history: Served Commercial Apprenticeship at Chubb & Union locks finishing as Technical Sales Advisor in the Door & Window Division’s Sales department (1989-1995), Joined Hoppe UK as Area Sales Manager in 1995, leaving in 2005 as National Sales Manager, Joined GroupHomesafe as Commercial Manager based at Laird Security Hardware – Tipton before transferring to ERA in 2009.
