Complies with BS3621: 2004 t’s designed with an internal lockable handle, offering added security against forced entry. Tthe nightlatch features an integral cylinder pull which protects the cylinder from being drilled.
The conflict between a secure British Standard accredited front door lock and fire safety recommendations has now been overcome with the Keyless Egress Nightlatch Lock. The lock provides an easy action method of opening an external door from the inside with no need for keys or similar devices for unlocking.
Designed to replace most existing front door locks, it has been designed with an ergonomic internal locking handle offering added security against forced entry. The main lock bolt is “automatically” deadlocked when the door is closed, preventing the main bolt being retracted by a credit card.
Provides a dual-purpose, no-nonsense and user-friendly product - all in one unit, the lock’s design incorporating a larger footprint, fitting the new Replacement Front Door Lock means that most existing marks from previous locks will be hidden from view, minimising the need for redecoration and ‘making good’ work.
Designed to replace most existing front door locks, providing added security to new exterior and interior doors, the lock is suitable for left or right handed operation, inward or outward opening doors.
Suitable for traditional Front Door locks , the Rim Cylinder has an advanced specification rim for added security, each cylinder is supplied with three keys.
The Illuminated Cylinder Pull will ensure there is no more “fumbling around in the dark to find the keyhole”, as it lights up the rim cylinder as you approach the door, so you can pinpoint exactly where the keyhole is. The built in sensor only works in the dark and is triggered from about 5 metres away.
