Potted career history: Time served Apprentice, Graham started in new products for bespoke weighing machines by Salter for world-wide markets, weighing babies in the African bush to King Crabs in the Aleutian Isles off Alaska to steel in Birmingham. A move to automotive supplier Rockwell International for 6 years followed developing car door security systems for global customers focusing on the USA and Europe. Traveling the world, he interfaced with the customer and their technical specifications to shape the final products for new car platforms. He moved to the Leisure industry for 10 years with a family business producing heating equipment and was involved in the business growing into a Group of industries. He became a Director at this time. 10 years ago he moved to ERA as Design Director to head the development of the MPL product group. After a short break from ERA (back to the caravan industry) he returned 6 years ago.
